Terms and Conditions for The Toolbox Pro LLC

Welcome to The Toolbox Pro LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services as a client of our handyman services. By scheduling or purchasing services from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
1. Services Provided The Toolbox Pro LLC provides handyman and general maintenance services, which may include, but are not limited to, repairs, installations, and general home maintenance tasks. The exact scope of services will be determined through consultation with the client and outlined in the service agreement or proposal.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates: Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time and is subject to change. Should additional issues arise during the service, additional costs may be incurred.
Pricing: Services are billed at rates agreed upon in the estimate or quote provided. Prices are subject to change depending on conditions at the job site or additional services requested.
Payment: Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be outlined in the service agreement. Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of $80.
Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Liability and Limitations
Property Damage: The Toolbox Pro LLC will exercise care when performing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or unforeseen damages. Any damage caused by our technicians during service will be addressed as per our policies.
Limitations: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Service Guarantee: We strive to ensure quality in all services performed. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days to discuss a resolution.
No Warranty on Third-Party Materials: The Toolbox Pro LLC does not provide warranties on materials or products provided by third parties. Clients are responsible for inspecting and ensuring the suitability of materials provided.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients must:
Provide access to the property and any necessary utilities required to perform the services.
Ensure that the work area is clear of obstructions and safe for our technicians to perform their duties.
Communicate any specific instructions, limitations, or conditions related to the property or the job site before work begins.
7. Health and Safety The Toolbox Pro LLC follows industry-standard health and safety guidelines. Clients are responsible for informing us of any potential health and safety hazards at the job site prior to the service appointment.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
10. Amendments The Toolbox Pro LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
