Call or text our emergency line. Describe the problem and we will assess urgency. For true emergencies we dispatch within 1 to 2 hours. For problems that are stressful but not dangerous (a running toilet, a stuck garbage disposal), we may schedule a first-thing-in-the-morning slot instead, which saves you the after-hours fee.
